NASCAR – Rajah Kirby Caruth
Rajah Kirby Caruth is a full-time student at the prestigious Winston-Salem State University, an HBCU school in North Carolina. He joins the legendary Wendell Scott and Darrell “Bubba” Wallace Jr. as Black drivers to win a race in the top three NASCAR series.
On March 1st, 2024, Caruth became the third Black driver to win a NASCAR National Series race. He won the 2024 Victoria’s Voice Foundation 200 race while driving the No. 71 Chevrolet Silverado for Spire Motorsports in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
